The Mighty Gorgonion makes every effort to describe and show the products as accurately as possible.

Each item is shown, accompanied by an accurate description and image. Furthermore, if certification is available, it is displayed as well.

All images displayed on a product page are actual images of the product, and not merely illustrative. Due to light effect, the actual color maybe  slightly  different from the picture color. The colors we use, as well as the display and color capabilities of your computer monitor, may positively or negatively affect the colors that you actually see on your screen. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any product color, texture or detail will be 100% accurate. 

 

The cost for shipping orders around the world is a flat rate of 5.00 euros. This amount covers the cost of registered post (we ship from Greece) and quality packaging materials. 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Discounts and combined shipping

Shipping discounts apply in case you buy multiple items:

Inks : 1st item 5.00, any other ink ships free

Product Packaging

All items are shipped safely and carefully packaged.

Gift services can also be provided if requested (i.e. sending your order gift-ready to an address you specify).

Payments

Parcels are never shipped out before the payments are cleared.

 

We ship by registered mail ONLY, to ensure items don't get lost in the post.

Signature of the buyer is required to obtain the package.

Express mail option can be added for an extra 3 euros per order, however to be honest and speaking from personal experience, it doesn't make much difference in handling time.

Shipping times (estimate)

Items ship within one to tree business days (sometimes in a few hours, depending on your order and time it was placed), once payment is cleared, often shipped on the same day.

Greek post office does not operate on weekends (i.e. Saturday - Sunday).

In case of postal strikes, bank holidays, etc... we will inform you, so as to know when to expect your order.

Packages, on average, take one week to reach their destination, but sometimes delays occur due to customs, so we give it 7-14 working days on average. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Average shipping times:

EUROPE: Approximately 7 days

OTHER DESTINATIONS (U.S., AU, Asia etc.): 10 - 14 days

Possible Delays:

Depending on the time period your order has been placed, additional delays may occur due to customs, security measures or weather conditions (usually up to 7 days extra).

Please be patient about the shipping time, especially from Europe to USA, it can take several weeks, especially around holidays when the customs offices are busy.

For any issues that may incur with your order, you can contact us by e-mail and we will get back to you A.S.A.P. (please bear in mind that in case you are in another continent, there may be a slight delay due to time differences).
Loss of parcel:
The chances of a registered parcel being lost in the post are minimal to none existent, since it goes through meticulous control and sender can always track it back. Since all packages are shipped by registered post we can always track it back at the post office and we keep all records.

Be sure to get your package from your local postal office in time or it will be sent back (they keep registered packages about one week and if noone picks it up, the postal office will send the package back to the sender).
In a rare case that an item is damaged by mishandling at the post or the item is other than described, please contact us to figure out a solution.

About lost packages, so far it has been the matter of a lost notice slip from the local postal office, so one way of checking about the location of the package, is calling your local postal office and asking if they got anything there for you.
In a rare case that your parcel is lost or takes more than 4 weeks to get to you, we encourage you to contact us. Refunding time depends on several factors, weekends are slower and if it happens that the money is processing between bank transfers, it can take up to 3-5 days for it to be open for refunding.

Custom orders

If something is doable and related to our work, it is always a pleasure to work on custom pieces. Keep in mind that they take much longer than usual.
For custom orders the buyer has obligation to pay in advance a non-refundable amount of one third of the price (shipping excluded).

Returns & exchanges

We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

In the event that any item is deemed by the Mighty Gorgonion to be priced incorrectly, the Mighty Gorgonion reserves the right to refuse sale of that product. If any pricing error is recognized, even after the payment is received, the Mighty Gorgonion reserves the right to cancel the sale and refund the transaction in full.

Privacy policy

Your real name and shipping address will be used according to law for shipping. Your real name and address will not be included in the bookkeeping, the bookkeeping will use the transaction number and no names or addresses.
